Copyvio Template[edit]

Hi Jackol,

I noticed you reverted my failed attempt at adding a copyvio note to the Fidpa speedy-template. Not sure why it went wrong, but I guess it has to do with the external link or something... weird thing is that it looked OK in the preview. Anyway, thanks for the revert, glad someone is keeping an eye out.

Template Sex fetish[edit]

Please be more careful with your editing of Template:Sex fetish. Thanks. Redblueball (talk) 12:22, 2 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

rv had to happen but the undo was a mistake. No clue how that happened! jackol (talk) 13:32, 2 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rollback[edit]

Hi, be careful on what you use huggle on. The following edits [1] and [2] were not vandalism so should not have been automatically reverted. Garion96 (talk) 15:51, 3 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Mavic Rollback Clarification[edit]

Hi Jackol,

Thanks for your usual diligence on Wikipedia.

Recently I noticed you reverted an attempt at adding an article titled "Rolling Through Time: Reliability by Mavic." Could you please tell me why you did this, given the external link represents a uniquely comprehensive timeline of the Mavic company and its products?

Thanks in advance for the clarification.

Link Update Clarification[edit]

Hi Jackol,

Thanks again for your usual diligence on Wikipedia.

Recently I noticed you reverted an attempt at updating a link to an article titled "De Rosa: Father of the Future." Could you please tell me why you did this, given the external link represents a uniquely comprehensive timeline of the De Rosa company and its products that has already been on Wikipedia for years?

Thanks again for the clarification.

Motto of the day[edit]

Hello, I notice you're using one of the {{motd}} templates, run by Wikipedia:Motto of the day. You may have noticed that some of the mottos recently have been followed by a date from 2006, or on occasion simply "Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia". The reason for this is that Motto of the day is in some very serious need of help. Participation in the project, which has never been especially high, has dropped considerably over this past summer, to the point we have had several days where no motto was scheduled to appear at all. Over the past several weeks, I've been the only editor scheduling mottos at all, but there aren't enough comments on some of these mottos to justify their use. If we do not get some help - and soon - your daily mottos will stop. In order for us to continue updating these templates for you, we need your help.

When you get a chance between your normal editing, could you stop by our nominations page and leave a few comments on some of the mottos there, especially those that do not have any comments yet? This works very simply; you read a motto, decide whether or not you like it, and post your opinion just below the motto. That's it - no experience required, just an idea of what you personally like and what you feel reflects Wikipedia and its community. If you do have past experience with the project, then please close some of the older nominations once they've got a decent consensus going. There are directions on the nominations page on how to do this.

If you have any questions, please let me know, or post on the project's talk page. I'm looking forward to reading your comments on the suggested mottos, and any additional suggestions you'd like to make. Until then, happy editing! Hersfold (t/a/c) 03:22, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your message. Will put some time aside for it when I can.  Jackol  ๏̯͡๏﴿ 14:20, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Editing the Pokemon Eps[edit]

Hi, Jackol,
I noticed you gave me an HG for editing "List of Pokemon: Diamond and Pearl Episodes", but I had a good reason.
You see, I was looking through the Cartoon Network Schedule on cartoonnetwork.com and looked through the Pokemon: Diamond and Pearl Episodes. And I noticed that the newest episode, in which I edited was to premiere on September 27th.
Did I do anything wrong, or no?
Another thing I might add, I was going to edit the "Full Course Tag Battle" episode summary, as a show of full review, but I couldn't do it. Should I edit anything if something new comes up, or just leave it?

Hi Jackol,[edit]

I have a little crazy question. I´m a german student and I have to write an english abstract about my work with FTIR. The problem is that I don´t know a native speaker to read it and my english is only enough to communicate. I saw you work the english article about IR and so I pluck up my courage and ask you. It is half a page, so I perhaps could place it here. About help I would be VERY greatful!!! Claudia --80.132.234.231 (talk) 23:33, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
