AfD nomination of Wtcny.com[edit]

Wtcny.com, an article you created, has been nominated for deletion. We appreciate your contributions. However, an editor does not feel that Wtcny.com satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Speedy deletion of Buck fush[edit]

A tag has been placed on Buck fush, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD A1.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. TheJosh 03:44, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD and speedy deletions[edit]

Hi It'sfakemon,

I notice you've been getting a lot of AfD and Speedy delete notices. I'm not sure how familiar you are with Wikipedia, so I don't know whether I'm telling you something you already know or not, but you might want to take a look at Wikipedia:Your first article before you create your next article. In fact, although it's a bit late for it, I'm going to add the standard welcome template below, since it has a lot of useful links in it. Sorry things haven't been working out. --barneca (talk) 04:08, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Life-begins-at-40.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI 16:32, 24 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image tagging for Image:Roseanne-barr.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Roseanne-barr.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

License tagging for File:Hitler'sMadman.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Hitler'sMadman.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 08:06, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image File:Hitler'sMadman.jpg[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Hitler'sMadman.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you.
