Lion Videos[edit]

That was not linkspam. There are no lion videos on this page, and wikipedia does not yet have a mature way to include a video as media. Please look at my discussion with User talk:Robert Merkel . The linked page is a simple page with no ads and no other content except for the video. Why do you consider such a page link spam? Isewell 04:02, 4 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! To respond to your note, last I knew, linking to your own site on articles was considered linkspam, and as you noted in your discussion with User:Robert Merkel you were concerned about it happening. Your comment (for adding the links) is somewhat vague, in my opinion, wheras I see (now looking at your contribs page) you were very explicit about the Elephant page (which isn't on my watchlist). You also provided several similar links, where it would be more typical to provide one. Looks like (from my contribs page) I was an anti-vandal tear at the time, too, and I probably didn't look closely enough. Bad decisions happen. Sorry mate. I won't interfere if you revert again. March 2009[edit]

Hello, Isewell. Please do not add links in your personal photoblog as you did in the Daegu, Busan, Seoul and so on. You use the falsified edit summary also saying you add the X photo [1]. Take a care for "which" photo you add...your photos very repeating or simlar another one in the page. PLease look the WP:NOT#WEBHOST and WP:NOTREPOSITORY. Thank you for sharing your Korean pictures in high quailty[edit]

Hi, I saw your quarrel with a user. I lodged your pictures to appropriate places both on here and Commons. I've known your photo such as File:Akko-13-The Khan al-Umdan.jpg (I'm interested in architecture) I highly appropriate the decision that your share the high quality pictures with us. If you don't mind, would you upload more Korean pictures to Commons or mark your photos on your blog as "CC-BY" or CC-BY-SA"? It is hard to find good pictures of Korea, so I'm really glad to see yours. Thanks.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Please claim your upload(s): File:UndergroundCisterns.jpg[edit]

Hi, This image was seemingly uploaded prior to current image polices, Thank you.

However, as part of ongoing efforts to ensure all media on English Wikipedia is correctly licensed and attributed it would be appreciated if you were able to confirm, that it was your own work, by marking it as {{own}}, amending the {{information}} added by a third party, and by changing the license to an appropriate "self" variant. You can also add |claimed=yes to the {{Media by uploader}} or {{Presumed self}} tag(s) if present to indicate that you've acknowledged the image, and license shown (and updated the {{information}} where appropriate).

IF you have other uploads, please consider "claiming" them in a similar manner, You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

This will assist those reviewing the many many "free" images on commons that have not yet been transferred to Commons. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 12:05, 11 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
