I reverted your change to this article because it added excessive quotations which appeared to be unnecessary to establishing the intentions and progress of the various bids, and thus a violation of the non-free content guideline. Further, the links you used as references were broken because they were truncated, i.e., you used http://www.gamesbids.com/eng/olympic...216134542.html instead of http://www.gamesbids.com/eng/olympic_bids/future_bids_2016/1216134542.html.
