Please stop nominating articles at WP:FAC and WP:FLC to which you have not made significant and substantial contributions. You have done this several times but despite the nominations' being deleted you persist in this; as you have done today. Perhaps you have not found the time to read the rules, which are on the respective pages. Please do this.
