Personal attack removed from vfd for Jeremy Broun

Not only the swarm of us chased out a clearly qualified newcomer, some of us continue to bite his heels. Two wikipolicies are violated: no personal attaks and don't bite newcomers. And please don't say that he insulted you first. Mikkalai 01:43, 9 May 2005 (UTC)

I do agree that my comment might not have been received with the humor that I intended.   • I see. I misunderstood your remark, taken out of context and apologize. This happens often when someone answers not directly under the commented line of text. Unfortunately there is so many things to be done, that I don't read everything very carefully, especially in cases like this one, when some person writes lengthy pieces. Unfortunately also, there is a difference between the spoken and written joke: your mood is not seen, so a joke may well be seen as an insult (of course, the same may happen with an uttered one). Therefore I rarely joke with strangers online.
  • This particular guy is not so nasty as it could seem at the first glance. He genuinely did not understand what's happening. He is still here, contributing some bio articles about furniture designers. Mikkalai 00:41, 10 May 2005 (UTC)

Sethbot

The Sethbot is doing excactly what you describe regarding town name redirects, although it had missed New Hampshire because of a (now corrected) bug; I've also replied on the Village pump as well. -- Seth Ilys 02:04, 27 May 2005 (UTC)

You asked: "Does that get me another coin or am I being too demanding?". Yes of course you have another coin for your help. So, if you want it, I can open you an account containing 19 coins. Now, about the conversion rate for ψ1 to my coin, it is not fixed yet. I am going to fix it upon request. The problem with ψ1 is that it is not a scarce good, and everyone can coin as much ψ1 as he wants. My bank's coins are limited, our deposit is fixed, we are commited NOT to coin anymore coins in future, so we have difficulties to handle ψ's exchange rates. The two coins bounty

The two coins bounty (also the amount of free coins given when someone opens an account) are gifts given by the bank in order to attract clients, and they are not going to last for ever or they may change without notice. So you ve better hurry up and introduce our bank to us many new account holders as you can, in order to get profit of the current two coins bounty offering. I suppose you are going to introduce our bank by talking in a wikipedian's talk page, so you can use your talk as a proof. Or you may also ask a wikipedian to do a job for you, and pay him with money from your account. The wikipedian, in order to get the money you are giving to him, he has to open an account in our bank, and in that case you are going to gain the two coins bounty too. In the case there is a doubt whether a new account applicant is a sockpuppet and is controled by another account holder (in order to get free coins from the bank), the acceptance of the new account will be decided with a vote, where all elder account holders can express their opinion.
