Please explain how any of these are different than the page you deleted? As well, can you please send me the contents of the Focus Investment Banking Wikipedia page, and if it's possible, could you indicate the language you felt was promotional?

About South Front

Well if you want to write another article about South Front which better demonstrates notability than the one which was deleted at AfD then there's nothing stopping you. If you'd rather improve the old version then I can restore it to a draft for you. 2014 Tianjin Health Industry Park – Doubles

Hi, I was just wondering why this article was deleted. I know the article was previously discussed for deletion and eventually deleted but it makes no sense to delete the article when almost every other ATP Challenger Tour event has articles for both singles and doubles events. I don't understand why this particular tournament is being singled out when it meets the criteria of Wikipedia:WikiProject Tennis/Article guidelines#Notability. As well as the fact that there are more tournaments with lower prize money who have their articles still in place. It also makes no sense to delete the article based on the winner of the tournament. Also 90% of the players in the draw have their own player links too so it's not like an article was being created for "nobodies". Cleanup of blacklisted links + proper Fellowship "disambiguation"

Hi - you flagged me yesterday for adding an External link to the Fellowship for Media Economics to the Media Economics and Journal of Media Economics page. We wanted to clarify that the Fellowship is unaffiliated with the Journal, and thought it pertinent to the topic page for Media Economics. I understand other additions for the Fellowship (Media Agency and such) were irrelevant.

Also, on the Media Planning page, I also cleaned up Blacklisted links (IDed at 08:18, 13 November 2017‎ Cyberbot II) on the Media Planning page until my edits were reverted. I then changed the Invisible = false to Invisible = true for the Blacklisted links warning on that page, but cannot "undo" this now that my changes were reverted.

May I re-add the external link to the Journal for Media Economics and Media Economics page?

About the Massacre of Brzostowica Mała

Are you saying that it is not verifiable whether the massacre occurred at all? It is discussed in several reliable, academic sources at in some depth (at least several paragraphs, through snippet view makes it difficult to be sure in some cases). A few sources - this is not a comprehensive list:

  • Marek Jan Chodakiewicz: [4]: "On the night of 17/18 September 1939 r., urged on by the Communist Zak Motyl (Motek Zak?) of Brzostowica Wielka, a pro-Communist criminal gang led by Koziejko and Ajzyk (Icchak?), consisting of Belorussians and Jews, attacked the estate of Brzostowica Mała near Grodno and the nearby village Brzostowica Mała, where the administrative authorities were loca- ted. It appears that they slaughtered a large number of, if not all, the ethnic Poles in those localities. This massacre..."
  • Polish historian pl:Krzysztof Jasiewicz in [5] (in Polish) called this "likely the best known massacre in the North-East Kresy" ("do bodajże najgłośniejszego mordu na Kresach Północno-Wschodnich doszło z 17 na 18 września 1939 r. w Brzostowicy Małej w pow. Grodno ")
  • a brief mention of the massacre is [6]. pl:Dzieje Najnowsze is a peer reviewed journal by a reliable academic outlet (pl:Instytut Historii im. Tadeusza Manteuffla Polskiej Akademii Nauk) and the author is another reliable Polish historian pl:Mieczysław Bielski
  • Institute of National Remembrance has spent ~5 years investigating this event. It has concluded ([7]) that there is insufficient evidence to identify the perpatrators, or most details conclusively, but has accepted the fact of the massacre with dozens victims as a fact.
  • [8] on p.370. That said, the author (pl:Ryszard Szawłowski - KL is a pen-name) is called by pl wiki a amateur historian, nonetheless he is cited in a number of other sources, and the review of his book in what seems an academic outlet at [9] is positive.
  • [10] - another brief mention, through this one is in a minor if seemingly peer reviewed Polish journal ([11] through this may be because it name has changed [12]). Couldn't find a bio of the author but she has published several books on history: [13]

There is no single source where the very fact that people died there is disputed (there is some controversy over whether attribution of perps by Chodakiewicz and some others was done correctly, this is the bone of contention). I'd think those would be sufficient to show notability of the this mass murder. This event has not resulted in much academic research, but I think the cited mentions are sufficient. How much coverage would you find sufficient? In the DR discussion I listed several other books that mention this topic, sadly, they all are visible through GB snippets and I cannot comment whether they discuss the subject at length or not. Or place a link to the desired page in your sand box or on any convienient page and preview, then follow the link -- no need to save. For example, suppose you wanted to make User:Money emoji/New Draft. You could follow the link from here. put any page name after User:Money emoji/ and it becomes the name of a page in userspace. Good Wikipedia model article for the update to the IANPHI site

Hi. You responded to the attempt of a student working with IANPHI to update the Wikipedia page of the organization. He asked me to reach out to you on his behalf. Your main concerns seem to be about copyright issues, and the duplication of material that is on the IANPHI website. IANPHI is a membership organization of government health agencies (like US CDC and Public Health England) from around the world. Is there an example of a Wikipedia page that you think is done well, which captures key points about this kind of an organization without duplicating the website? I looked at APHA and ASTHO as possibles. I think once we have that, the student can move forward with making an up-to-date and more acceptable Wikipedia entry.

This is associated with my account which in turn is associated with me as a person. "(b) the Foundation won't choose to interpret your request as a request for the erasure of an account" So you say the Foundation has a right to punish users because they want their rights taken seriously? "and (c) the Foundation is subject to GDPR." How could it possibly not be? "conceal their editing history" I don't see how the block log could possibly be part of my editing history. I'm tempted to write a long reply explaining what I was getting that in the AN post, but it isn't worth it as this whole thing is just disruptive. I suspect if you actually file a GDPR "right to be forgotten" request with the WMF, and if the WMF is legally required to comply, then you'd just end up with something similar to WP:RTV. There isn't any reason why they'd have to erase your block log. And I strongly suspect you would end up blocked from Wikipedia for disruptive behaviour. No, you aren't violating the law if you edit Wikipedia, but you don't have any "legal right" to do so, and yes it can be taken away from you at any time and for any reason by the WMF, or anybody the WMF delegates that authority to. This includes exercising legal rights. For example people have the right to take legal action relating to disputes on Wikipedia, but that won't stop their account being blocked for it. The third option is pretty obvious: the law says absolutely nothing about whether you can or can't edit Wikipedia. The people who control Wikipedia (the WMF) can decide to let you edit it or not edit it as they choose. You don't have a legal right to edit Wikipedia but you aren't violating the law if you do. Private law says (with some exceptions): if and only if you have a contract with someone who gives you the legal right to use a server, which is private property afte rall, you actuall may use it. The Terms of use, which are the basis for the legal relationship between the foundation and the user, are the conditions of that contract. The contract is established by using wikipedia, even though the user has not signed it. Nothing but this contract gives the user the right to use the site. The summary is very explicit about this (not a legal document but explaining it's essence in layman's terms): "You are free to: ... Contribute To and Edit our various sites or Projects". So this is that legal right. the terms also say "We reserve the right to suspend or end the services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice" but making use of this because the user exercised his privacy law rights would very clearly be a textbook example of abuse of rights --rtc (talk) 20:53, 25 June 2018 (UTC)

No, I don't think anyone is exempt from that, but I mentioned the doctrine of abuse of rights. However, let me stress an important fact: That principle is not known in common law such as the US.
