Speedy deletion of Chwarter call

A tag has been placed on Chwarter call requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. I am not deleting it, I am only suggesting it to administrators. if you have written this by care then hopefully administrators will reject my request and keep the article otherwise it would be deleted. Regarding contributing to this encyclopedia; you can also do edits and other relevant material here.
