Ward20 reply[edit]

Hi,

I have been trying to negotiate and discuss on the talk pages, but find I am either ignored, or met with statements that are lacking. As I stated, the tightly sourced material and sometimes choppy text I edit is due to the fact that as I check material in this article I find it subtly but significantly changed from the original context and content of the sources, sometimes with weasel words, sometimes with inaccuracies.

I would like this article to accurately state the past and present of this illness. Whatever Morgellons is, will be decided by science not by Wikipedia. But Wikipedia will shape public opinion affecting research and treatment of living people with Morgellons. Wikipedia must be right concerning living persons. This article affects tens of thousands of living persons.

I have done a lot of reading about WP articles and standards and I believe the text I have edited is very NPOV. As far as blending it together and smoothness, I agree it needs work but I would rather not see distortions of fact to blend it together.

Editors should work together for accurate and readable text. I hope that will start to occur.

email[edit]

Hi I would like to email you about one of the articles, could you possibly enable the email option? I don't think it reveals your email address, but if so you could start a new basic web mail address for yourself. But if you genuinely don't feel like doing so, I understand.:)Merkinsmum 12:12, 26 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Wow... pure comedy... right here on wikipedia. Who'd a thunk. This is almost as much of a knee slapper as Bush's "We do not torture." Margellons, from Morgellons-watch, neutral on morgellons?? Concerning this edit [2], why move that disease synonym from the first sentence? kilbad (talk) 01:28, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
