Please do not delete sources and do not disturb neutral stable version that was there for years. If you have any proposition in this area, please, DONT revert other editors, but go to talk page, and first AGREE on other version, and then someone should edit it. Please do not use Wikipedia as the place of propaganda and ethnic struggle. If you need any help how to make Wikipedia neutral, talk to me. Thank you! --Ąnαșταη (ταlκ) 20:54, 18 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

In this article I have found sources that are not in English, as well as this article contains Serbian nationalism and anti-Albanianism. I edited this article based on United Nations and OSCE resources.

No matter how long the article has been in this version! All my edits have been made in accordance with the laws of Wikipedia, all my sources are neutral and are not pro-Serb or pro-Albanian. The pro-Serbian and pro-Albanian versions are very different from each other! --Hakuli (talk) 20:17, 19 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The article The Holy Serbian Doctrine has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

An anti-Serbian pamphlet filled with Original Research. Not a theme, invented at Albanian Wikipedia (from where it also should be deleted).

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. 2004 March Unrest[edit]

Hello Hakulli,

This is about the article 2004 unrest in Kosovo. I asked you a couple of questions on Talk Page, but you haven't respond so I will say here the same stuff.

You haven't based your edits on UN and OSCE documents, you've based part of your edits on one OSCE document you haven't even properly read. Here is your last edit: [1], while others before with the same edits are: [2], [3], [4], [5] and [6] - after the revertings of not one, but a number of other users. You've removed the whole text in the Background section, the text with sources from Human Rights Watch[1] and ICTY[2]. You replaced the text in the "Background section" from the one from the OSCE document you cited. The OSCE document you cited as source[3], "MISSION IN KOSOVO Monitoring Department, Legal System Monitoring Section - Four Years Later" deals with the situation four years after the March Pogrom. That's the reason why the March Pogrom was in the Introduction section of OSCE document - it is, because, again, the documents is about 4 years after the event. It deals with the the legal topics and criticism of weak reactions from Kosovo courts. Just look at the names of the sections, if you don't want to read them - Problems with the appeals, Kosovo Prosecutor’s Office withholding case files etc. Read the section, for example, Ethnic motives ignored from page 13 of the document. Why haven't you added these, for example, as a reactions towards March 2004 pogrom and legal reactions from the courts in Kosovo? That is connected to the article. As you said, this is a neutral source. In the text you added, quote "On 17 and 18 March 2004, a wave of violent riots swept through Kosovo, triggered by two incidents perceived as ethnically-motivated acts", why you haven't explained which two incidents, as it was explained in the OSCE document? Why you haven't closely read the document - I don't know and I won't jump to the conclusion, but from this above it is obvious that you didn't.

As for removing the word Serb in Serb owned house to Minority owned, your excuse was that it was to make the article appear more neutral. That is not a neutrality, that's ignoring the facts, for example, that the picture name is Downtown Vista with Ruins of Serb House Destroyed in 2004 Pogrom - Prizren - Kosovo if not anything else. Totally replacing the name of the nationality of the victim, is the act which is, wrongly or not, perceived as a bias. Following this logic, then in all of the incidents, pogroms, wars and other articles, the nationality of the victim who is minority in some territory should be replaced with, what, "Minority" - that is not allowed, for the reasons cited to you by everybody else on this page, in the talk page or in the explanations of revertions of your edits in history section. This replacement wasn't done in other sources in the article which aren't Albanian or Serbian, so why it was done by you? This is clearly not helping on some neutrality and clearly not on objectivity. As for the discussion, I haven't seen any consensus for your changes except that everyone here is against - so much about your "I have discussed it on the Talk Page". So, I ask you here, after all of this:

  1. 1. Why you removed the whole Background section of March event and replaced it with the text about March Event itself (logic: Background of the event is the event itself?)?
  2. 2. Why you removed the term "Serb" in a picture of destroyed Serb owned house and how the replacing the name of the victim should add more, allegedly, neutrality to the article?

Best regards, James Jim Moriarty (talk) 22:39, 31 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

With all respect for all nations, I edited that article for controversial reasons between Albanians and Serbs. Albanians completely deny that they were the cause of the March riots, while they categorically deny that they destroyed and persecuted Serbs from their home.

The KLA is not related to these unrest, the only connection is that these unrest took place five years after the Kosovo war of 1999, so the KLA was transferred to the KPC. --Hakuli (talk) 23:41, 31 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

As I gave you explanation, from that there is no excuse for replacing "Serb owned" to "Minority owned". As for the "Background section paragraph" - it seems that you didn't understood why numerous of other users edited it like that. The point of the paragraph is to provide introduction to the topic as it was done in the literature - so, the war as a main event in that territory which happened just 5 years before was mentioned and that includes the warring sides, goals, crimes, but the main foxus was to provide introduction to the social situation there after the war and before 2004 March pogrom of Serbs and other minorities in Kosovo. That's why, for example, missions of UNMIK and KFOR were mentioned - but you removed them. I am pretty confused why you didn't mentioned that this too was in the background section of the article. It wasn't just about the KLA. For example, following your logic, why you didn't told the same thing about Yugoslav army. After Kumanovo agreement they were pulled back from Kosovo in 1999, so they didn't had connection with the unrest at all if we use that logic. In difference to the Yugoslav Army, many of KLA's former members who were leading figures in KLA, became among the most influential Albanian politicians in Kosovo during that time, even today. So, in any case, they were in the government and they have at least responsibility, especially after pretty weak and dubious actions of the courts in Kosovo on that case, as it was explained and analyzed in the OSCE document you've put as literature. In any case, you didn't elaborated your replacements of the text, you made a logical mistake during that replacement and you haven't read carefully the whole document because it has pretty interesting stuff about the unrest and it's aftermath. I am not accusing you for some bias and driving towards nationalistic editing. I am almost certain that you are doing these edits in a good faith, but you need to be more careful and more cooperative with other users because sometimes, your actions seem to point out to bias towards one group of people and everything in the literature which is connected to them. As I said I believe you that this is not the case, so be more cooperative and elaborate more your edits next time.

Best regards, James Jim Moriarty (talk) 14:11, 1 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free rationale for File:Verrat e Llukes.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Verrat e Llukes.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot (talk) 17:18, 17 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Image without license[edit]

Unspecified source/license for File:Muzaka.svg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Muzaka.svg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

Ways to improve Intelektualët[edit]

Hi, I'm CapitalSasha. Hakuli, thanks for creating Intelektualët!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. The sole reference in this article has a broken link.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2018–19 FC Drita season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mitrovica (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver).

RonBot (talk) 17:11, 26 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Article names[edit]

Changing names and native names of settlements with no talk page agreement is not constructive. Focus on the general content rather than small issues. Your editing is becoming more and more pointless, and other editors will start to doubt your input to this encyclopedia should be allowed. I suggest you understand that you can make much better content changes than what you are doing. Cheers.

This message contains important information about an administrative situation on Wikipedia. It does not imply any misconduct regarding your own contributions to date.

Please carefully read this information:

The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding the Balkans, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.

Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you that sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Arvanites. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. Dr. K. 21:57, 24 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading File:COAŠtrpce.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

File permission problem with File:FSKHumvee.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:FSKHumvee.png. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 03:03, 2 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Gjilan massacre 1944 moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Gjilan massacre 1944, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. Of the currently provided sources, #1 is of unclear reliability, #2 was a dead link for me, and #3 was impossible to verify without page numbers. What's more, I can't find any mention of this massacre in our other well-written articles about WWII in Yugoslavia. There is a mention on the page for Gjilan, but it uses the same inscrutable source #3 as here (and if I'm not mistaken, appears to have also been added by you). 8000 people being killed in one day is an extraordinary claim, and for that we need extraordinary evidence, which I have failed to find searching online or elsewhere on Wikipedia. I can understand your desire to document such a massacre, but the sources provided so far do not adequately prove that it happened. I would suggest finding more sources (peer reviewed academic papers would be the best, but articles in reliable newspapers of record would also go a long way to verifying this incident), as well as indicating what page numbers are relevant in source #3. I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. signed, Rosguill talk 22:04, 12 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation: Gjilan massacre has been accepted[edit]

Gjilan massacre, which you submitted to Articles for creation, has been created.
The article has been assessed as Redirect-Class, which is recorded on the article's talk page. You may like to take a look at the grading scheme to see how you can improve the article.

You are more than welcome to continue making quality contributions to Wikipedia. If your account is more than four days old and you have made at least 10 edits you can create articles yourself without posting a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for Creation if you prefer.

Thank you for helping improve Wikipedia!

Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Malbin210, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
