Speedy deletion of Report stolen car[edit]

A tag has been placed on Report stolen car, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Speedy deletion of Report stolen car[edit]

A tag has been placed on Report stolen car requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Redirections[edit]

I see you tried to create a redirection page. I've converted the page to redirect as you intended. If you use the #R button at the top of the edit box, and type the name of the article in the highlighted text, it creates a redirection page when saved. tags on Solar Party[edit]

Please stop removing the tags from Solar Party until the concerns of the tags have been addressed. The article in its current form does not address those tags as the notability has in no way been shown, and the article still needs lots of work to make it a proper wikipedia article. Also, do you have any news articles from any other sources other than the Sunset article? Also are you employed by or otherwise associated with solarparty.net or swiftsolar.org?

  • I have explained the problems here, and in my edit comments. After the third time you removed the tags without correcting the issues those tags addressed it was clear you weren't listening to me. As such I sent the article to AfD so others could get involved in the review process and help decide whether to delete it, find more sources or rewrite it as I was tired of trying to get you to follow wiki guidelines to little to no effect.Improbcat (talk) 19:03, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Considering the votes are leaning towards deleting the Solar Party article, I won't remove it from AfD. Besides it is out of my hands now, as the AfD process has to run its course then be reviewed by an admin for final closing (and deleting of the article if there is a consensus). AfD nomination of Solar party[edit]

I have nominated Solar party, an article you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Solar party. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. The article Solarize Solar Program has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication of WP:notability. Unsourced. Seems like an advert.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. noq (talk) 13:28, 10 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
