Barack Obama suspension is denied due to the lacking of Congress intent to do so; Wherefore the intent of Sec. 3.Purpose "The purposes of this Act are-- (1) to assist the Cuban people in regaining their freedom and prosperity....[in such no arms of Cuba are raised against The United States] the Perea Administration Control Number 14112769481 appoint Al Gore to United States Secretary of State to bring into compliance of TITLE IV--EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN ALIENS SEC. 401 et. seq. in such shall bring forward the full intent of Congress.
