A.C. Milan[edit]

Hi! I'm sorry for the rough revert, but I feel you made some mistakes in your recent edits on the A.C. Milan article. First of all, keep in mind that the share distribution reported in the infobox should only refer to A.C. Milan, not the controlling vehicle. According to any reliable source, Finivest sold all of his shares (99.93%) to Rossoneri Sport Investment Lux, which was originally controlled by Mr. Li. After Li defaulted on his debt to Elliott, they simply took control of the Rossoneri Sports Investment Lux through the pre-existing financial architecture. The remaining 0.07% of A.C. Milan's shares was always controlled by minor independent shareholders.

Secondly, not even the reference you provided (Calcio e Finanza) ever mentioned a different share distribution, nor the alleged stakeholders in Rossoneri Sport Investment Lux. In fact, Arena Investors is never mentioned at all and Blu Skye is only reported as having "supported" Elliott when they made the loan to Mr. Li.

I hope this help to clarify why your edits have been reverted. Anyway, if you can find an up-to-date reliable source about the share distribution or the stakeholder in Rossoneri Sport Investment Lux, then feel free to provide it. Luxic (talk) 14:40, 22 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
