In addition to what Uhai has said, almost all of what you have said in your message above is completely irrelevant, because the reason for deletion was not because the page didn't provide valuable or well-sourced information, that its subject doesn't continue to be of ongoing significance, and so on; it was because the page was promotional. In fact the only part of the message that you got ChatGPT to write for you that was remotely relevant was "maintains a neutral tone", and if you think that a whole page filled from start to finish with language such as "Josay Divine Sayeh remains a shining example of what can be achieved when talent, ambition, and a genuine desire to make a difference come together" maintains a neutral tone, then I hate to think what you think a page which maintained a blatantly non-neutral marketing tone would look like.
