Speedy deletion of Eidola Records[edit]

A tag has been placed on Eidola Records, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Username policy[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia!

I hope not to seem unfriendly or make you feel unwelcome, but I noticed your username, and I am concerned that it does not meet Wikipedia's username policy. Names that include the term "bot" are problematic since they are reserved on Wikipedia for approved bots. Generally, these are permitted for other users only when the "bot" string is part of a word, like User:Water Bottle.

You have several options freely available to you:

  • You may create a new account with a new username that is consistent with policy,
  • OR, if you wish to keep your contributions history, you can instead transfer those to a new username. Visit Wikipedia:Changing username and follow the guidelines there,
  • OR, if you disagree that your username violates the policy, we can discuss the matter and perhaps request comments on the appropriateness of the name with other Wikipedians.

If you have not commented here within the next several days, I will presume that you have read the above, agreed, and pursued a new username, either by re-registering or changing. At that point, I will block this username as a safeguard. If you should not receive this notice in time before that happens, don't worry: you can request an unblock by placing {{unblock}} on this talk page so that you can discuss the matter.

I will be watching your talkpage. If you have a response, you may leave a note here, and I will answer as soon as I can. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 15:37, 19 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
