1: If your message is about an action I performed in my role as an admin (usually page protection or page deletion), please check the page history or page log to find out the reason I gave. If you still want to leave me a message, come back here and do so.

If you are another admin who is considering reverting an admin action which I made which you feel was incorrect, it'd be nice if you could discuss it here (or let me know where) first - but if you feel that it is urgently needed to be reverted, go ahead and do so, and then leave me a message here letting me know!

2: Everyone is very welcome to respond to and comment on questions that others have asked here. I might not know the answer, or might not be around to answer.
3: If you leave me a message here I will respond here. Sometimes I'll leave you a talkback, sometimes I won't, I'm not consistent! If you're expecting a reply watchlist this page.
4: If I left a message on your talk page I will be watching your page so please respond there. If I haven't responded on your page for some day or you want a quicker answer, then feel free to leave a short notice here to remind me.
5: Please, be civil! I'm a human being, and being insulted isn't nice. I'm also far less likely to be helpful to people who are rude to me than to people who ask politely.
