@Herpetogenesis: Hello Herpetogenesis, I have added two references, and I quote the mail Douglas Harper sent to me yesterday: I'm afraid I don't have links to a lot of those interviews, as they are a few years old and are either behind paywalls or no longer in the archives. The BBC production was called "Star-Spangled Dragon," about the Welsh in America, but that was done in 2003 or so.. May I remove the tag now?. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
