Orphaned non-free media (Image:Flava Works Logo.gif)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Flava Works Logo.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 15:57, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

November 2008[edit]

Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours has an edit summary that appears to be inaccurate or inappropriate. Please use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did, and feel free to use the sandbox for any tests you may want to do. Thank you. Orphaned non-free image (File:Raw Rods 2 Trailer.jpg)[edit]

You've uploaded File:Raw Rods 2 Trailer.jpg, and indicated that it's used under Wikipedia's rules for non-free images. However, it's not presently used in any articles. Wikipedia policy requires that non-free images be either used or deleted, so if this image isn't used in an article in the next week, it will be deleted.

This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 10:29, 7 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Flava works[edit]

I've been reverting the IP editor back to the consensus version of this article. You might want to add something to the talk page, so if this continues, it is clear what the consensus is, and hence who is breaking it. It's not being changed often enough to report it as an edit war or too get protection, but it is annoying! YobMod 09:06, 13 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. Once the dust has settled, I'd like to revise the article in light of the suggestions you made in your recent assessment. It should be easy to get it up to "B" standard. GBataille (talk) 22:12, 13 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

WARNING#1 - Although everyone is welcome to add constructive contributions, your recent reverted edits was not constructive and has been reverted back to the original piece. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. ~~ —Preceding unsigned comment added by YoungEditorXXX (talkcontribs) 21:29, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As a comment on this, I've declined a request for you to be blocked for 3RR violation, but looking at your addition to the article, I'm unhappy that part of your edits were sourced to a blog. Blogs are not reliable sources and should certainly not be used for sourcing contentious disputes such as this. Please limit yourself to reliable sources and discuss your changes on the talk page, to try to come to consensus. Tim Vickers (talk) 22:06, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
