Fixed deprecated syntax

Hi, you edited lots of pages in my watchlist with this edit summary "Fixed deprecated syntax". take a look at this one I'm not sure about the details but fixing byes=y to byes=1 doesn't work in the repechage section and that bye option doesn't work anymore. what was wrong with that "y" value you had to change anyway?
