Right, but wrong, too

As for the Aria chart on Anastacia discography, the real problem is the fundamental rule that a column represents one chart. It wouldn't make sense for it to be physical chart for one song, download for the next, composite for the third, dance club play for another. However, if the only chart an artist usually charted on was a component chart, there wouldn't be a big problem with using that component chart for the entire column.—Kww(talk) 02:34, 19 July 2009 (UTC)

Battlefield (album)

Component charts refer to charts that are added together to form a main chart for example the Billboard Hot 100 is a cumulation of Hot 100 Airplay, Hot 100 Downloads and Hot 100 Sales therefore if you include the Billboard Hot 100 chart you could not include either of its component charts.

In the UK and Australia the urban/r&B charts do not get added to the pop or airplay charts to form the main singles charts because airplay doesnt count toward chart positions. this is why these positions are acceptable but some are not. Just because they are based on the sales does not make them a component only R&B songs can chart on R&B charts and therefore this calculates the chart position for the R&B genre, it is distinctly different from a component chart for the above reason. the point is the song is a R&B song. and just as a matter of interest a seriously experienced editor (User:Aspects) has been editing the article recently (see article's history) and he/she found no errors in the chart section. He/she normally identifies if there are such issues and removes them ASAP. The poiint i was making was that i have been editing for longer than yourself and on more contentious/controversial articles such as Doll Domination and I Am... Sasha Fierce where such charts have been allowed and experienced users/administrators have also been active editors and not found issues with such charts. apologies i didnt mean to sound rude that was not my intentions. i understand completely what your are saying but guidelines have to bet taken in context, i've noticed from your talk page that you have had issues with charts on Anastacia's page. this situation is different because the song did chart on main charts and we have added genre based charts not component charts. however if you insist removing them we shall ask wikipedia administrators to clarify if the rule about component charts applies to genre charts. I will post the question on the single's talk page and requestion admin intervention. until then we shall leave them in. agreed (Lil-unique1 (talk) 15:42, 2 August 2009 (UTC))

Hello, I need your help/memory please. Over a year ago (on 19 September 2009), you edited Jenny Morris, and according to article history, you changed her birth information from 1956 to 26 September 1956 and gave precise location as Tokoroa in New Zealand. Do you remember where you found this information? The article has since been edited considerably and now has 29 September but the Tokoroa remains.
