Hello, Fdiamond, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{helpme}} before the question. Again, welcome! strdst_grl (call me Stardust) 09:23, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'm reverting your edits. This is far too much unsourced material to add. Please read WP:RS and WP:Verify. Blogs and their like aren't generally considered reliable sources, and please be careful that you don't copy anything directly or even closely paraphrase it as that might be considered a copyright violation (we are conservative on copyright, if it isn't clearly public domain we assume it's copyright. Don't take this personally, it's just general advice everyone should get.

Also, you aren't using edit summaries, another reason edits often get reverted. When you make a change to an article, please provide an edit summary for your edits. Doing so helps everyone to understand the intention of your edit. It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. And finally, far too many capital letters, please read WP:MOSCAPS. Dougweller (talk) 12:53, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please help improve this article by adding reliable references.

I'd kindly ask you not to revert any edits . leave it for the wikipedia community to make small adjustments. I don't feel a revert is warranted. Please specify the aspects you object to . Fdiamond (talk)

I've specified my objections in my edit summary and my 2nd sentence above. It's far to much unsourced material to add and expect others to source. And I am part of the Wikipedia community. Dougweller (talk) 13:03, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
dont take it personally . please dont revert anything without consensus . if you would like to state your opinion , please do so in the discussion page . which aspects do you object to ? please feel free to improve the article , by rewriting any offending articles. please contain this to the facts . I will repost this in the discussion page , and we can await further opinions .

I think you are being hasty . please dont knock the house down before its been built . give it a few days , and lets see. I appreciate your opinion , but you dont speak on behalf of the wikipedia community. lets discuss it , and await futher input. Fdiamond (talk) 13:08, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 13:14, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Copying from other Wikiipedia articles[edit]

You've copied from at least one article. Please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia which tells you are requirements when you do this so that you avoid copyright violation. Also, part of what you copied was in fact referenced and looks as though it's referenced in the article, but with no reflist or references template it doesn't work, please see WP:CITE. Copyright violation at William Moultrie[edit]

A lot of the material you have added is from [1] which is clearly copyright. Please do not replace this. I don't think the web page qualifies as a reliable source in any case, see WP:RS. Also, since many editors misunderstand our policy on copyright violation and I am sure you want to follow our policies and guidelines on this, I suggest you read Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (And while I'm being a pain, would you please make sure there are no spaces between the last word and the period/full stop?). And finally, watch out for 'puffery words', see WP:Peacock. Thanks. Dougweller (talk) 13:29, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Original research[edit]

You've posted this to several talk pages (and it doesn't belong on them, but that's another issue):" i belive the internet is a far more reliable source of information that books written over the past 300 years, which reflect a degree of bias depending on the perspective of the author . i think we have a unique opportunity now , to do research and to clarify and find out the truth of the matter . i can share from my own research so far, though i have not reached a definitive answer." A bit ironic as you have created an basically copied from very old sources, but never mind. As I've said above, you need to read WP:RS, but now I think you also need to read WP:OR about original research.

I'm telling you all of this because I'm hoping you can learn to be a good editor. But you really do need to read and follow our policies and guidelines. Dougweller (talk) 13:38, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

Based on the WP:DUCK test, I have blocked you indefinitely. It appears a WP:SOCK investigation is in the works, but under SOCK and WP:EVADE, you're blocked for now. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 16:39, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
