Your edits to winemaking

Two problems with your edits to winemaking, both of which have been reverted:

• Avoid introducing browser-specific markup into articles. Your attempt to create columns applies only to Firefox users. If you want to create columns, see Template:Col-begin for documentation and examples. Using wiki markup will work for all browsers, not just Firefox.
• Blogs are generally not acceptable as references or external links. Please see Wikipedia:External links for further guidance.
