advice[edit]

As reviewing administrator, I removed the deletion tag on John McVey. I also removed a large amount or irrelevant or promotional material. I am not sure whether the article will stand or not, considering he only made it tot the primaries, for Governor, and that his book is self-published. What we would certainly help it is references to newspaper stories in major regional newspapers about the two elections he lost. Give the actual vote count and percent of the vote. I advise you to do this very quickly, before the article gets nominated for deletion by a regular deletion process. DGG ( talk ) 23:51, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Gene McVay proposed for deletion[edit]

THIS IS ALL ABOUT POLITICAL MALICIOUS VANDALISM. JFHJr AKA Bbb23 FIRST GUT AN ARTICLE AND THEN TRY TO GET THE REST DELETED. JFHJr AKA Bbb23 ARE CANCERS IN WIKIPEDIA AND MUST BE BLOCKED. PLEASE SEARCH @Wikipedia on TWITTER FOR MORE INFORMATION ON JFHJr aka Bbb23. I WILL CONTINUE TO EXPOSE THESE GUYS ON TWITTER, FACEBOOK, BLOGS AND TALK RADIO UNTIL THEY ARE CURED FROM THEIR MALICIOUS ACTIVITY.

The page Gene McVay has been proposed for deletion due to lack of notability. The individual only made it to the primaries in his run for governor. His military medals are not notable enough for to merit a Wikipedia page for him either. As mentioned above, what would help would be specific news articles or newspaper stories about his candidacy. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Damnman1234 (talkcontribs) 19:20, 10 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Do not edit other user's user pages. See WP:NOBAN. It also appears that your edit was not in good faith but was self-serving.--Bbb23 (talk) 18:41, 10 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

BECAUSE Bbb23 MADE AN UNUSUALLY LARGE NUMBER OF MALICIOUS DELETIONS AND CHANGES TO Gene McVay, I ADDED GENE McVAY AS AN AREA OF INTEREST IN HIS USER PAGE. I DO REALIZE THAT HIS INTEREST IN GENE McVAY IS POLITICALLY MOTIVATED MALICIOUS VANDALISM.

Adding names to lists[edit]

Please check wp:listpeople wp:wtaf. Basically, if there is not an article about the person on Wikipedia, you probably shouldn't list them. Also make sure you don't link to a wp:disambiguation page Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 18:47, 10 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Dr. Ben Saltzman was one of the most prominent Doctors in Arkansas who started as a country doctor and became the Director of the Arkansas Department of Health. WHAT RIGHT DO YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THIS PERSON FROM WIKIPEDIA? WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gene McVay[edit]

I removed Amazon link as it constitutes wp:spam if you want to cite the book you might consider using this template: Template:Cite book/doc. I believe if you include the wp:ISBN number in the cite, it will take you to a link similar to this: ISBN link. Also, you should check the bottom of Gene McVay as there seems to be an error. ANI[edit]

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you.--Bbb23 (talk) 15:28, 30 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history at Gene McVay shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Blocked[edit]

You have been blocked from further editing, as your activities on this project have been almost uniformly negative and disruptive. The block does not have a fixed expiry date. That doesn't mean it won't ever be lifted, but if you want it to be lifted, you will need to demonstrate that you have thoroughly understood why your previous conduct was unacceptable and that you are willing to radically change your whole attitude towards editing, towards this project and towards your fellow editors. So Political enemies delete 90% of my article and nominate it for deletion. That would seem to be fraud. Well, I am good at exposing fraud. — Preceding unsigned comment added by F16TopGun (talkcontribs) 00:32, 2 July 2012‎ (UTC)[reply]
"Fraud"? (Fraud: (1) a false representation of a material fact; (2) knowledge by the Defendant that the representation is false; (3) intent by the Defendant to induce action by the Plaintiff; (4) justifiable reliance by the Plaintiff, and (5) damages. Sunbelt Business Brokers v. James, 2009 Ark. 659). "My article," "political enemies"? Are you in fact Gene McVay? If you wrote your own autobiography, that would certainly clarify your position and editing history. JFHJr () 01:38, 2 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
