User Page

I noticed that you have that you support Dunfermline Athletic on your user page. Any chance that you could say that I support Queen of the South on my user page, please? I update the season pages just as you do for the Pars. Many thanks.Rusty1111 : Talk 20:06, 16 December 2016 (UTC)

Thanks for that, Exxy. I'll be attending Palmerston Park tomorrow. Will you be going to the game? Should be a good one with explainers on both teams playing and AJ of course. Rusty1111 : Talk 22:31, 16 December 2016 (UTC)

I hope you are correct with your thinking. I was at East End Park for only the second time in August. Last there in August 2009 for a cup match that Queens won too. I predict 2-1 to Queens but would accept 1-0. Last time I seen the Pars at Palmerston that I can recall was when the Pars won 6-0 in the late Eighties, in a midweek Cup match when George O'Boyle scored 4 goals. Rusty1111 : Talk 23:25, 16 December 2016 (UTC)

Yes, ironically O'Boyle was at Queens the season they won the old 2nd Division in 2001-02. I was a bit disappointed with the draw but on reflection I couldn't see Queens equalise after Dunfermline went 2-1 up with two well taken goals. Robinson had a good save first half and early in the second. With another three games drawn and Dumbarton defeating Falkirk it wasn't too bad overall for both clubs. Did you get to the match? Queen of the South Season page 2016-17

I was wondering if you could sort this page for me, please. The transfers have moved too far down the page and the references don't look right and there are red tag refs at the end. Rusty1111 : Talk 23:17, 31 January 2017 (UTC)

Many thanks for amending the page back to normal. I knew I had done something wrong but wasn't sure what it was.Rusty1111 : Talk 08:51, 1 February 2017 (UTC)

Queen of the South League History page

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Queen_of_the_South_F.C._seasons

I was wondering if you could create a box at the foot of this page so I can collate Queens league record for all-time from 1923-24 to present. I've collated all the info on an excel spreadsheet but I would like to keep the information on this page. That way I can update this after every game for both the current season and all-time record. Many thanks.Rusty1111 : Talk 18:06, 2 February 2017 (UTC)

Meant to say earlier on what I would like in each column. Games Played, Won, Drawn, Lost, Goals For and Against, Goal Difference and Points. Rusty1111 : Talk 18:42, 2 February 2017 (UTC)

This looks fine but I think if you just created it without the current season stats, then this would be ideal. If it is created separately underneath the existing stats, that would be good.Rusty1111 : Talk 10:55, 3 February 2017 (UTC)

That's brilliant. Thanks for your help. Rusty1111 : Talk 13:37, 3 February 2017 (UTC)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Queen_of_the_South_F.C._seasons#Seasons

That's me added the table to the page. I'm not sure if I can add the goal difference into the table for every season or not?Rusty1111 : Talk 14:37, 3 February 2017 (UTC)

I think I'll just leave those ones. I've got all the info on the spreadsheet, anyway.Rusty1111 : Talk 15:00, 3 February 2017 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for April 1

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 2016–17 Dunfermline Athletic F.C. season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Queen's Park. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Queen of the South

I was wondering if you knew how to create the home and away kits on the season pages? Queens launched their new kits last night for next season. http://www.qosfc.com/news-3564 I have managed to create next season's page myself for the first time. Are you venturing to Dumfries next weekend for the final league match of the season? We could meet up if you like. Rusty1111 : Talk 09:06, 28 April 2017 (UTC)

I was also trying to work out how to set-up the current season button? Rusty1111 : Talk 09:08, 28 April 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for the reply. That would be good if you could create the Queens home and away kits in a little while. Yes, I was only wondering where the current season part was hiding. I'll not change it until the close season. That would be good if you could get to Dumfries next weekend. Rusty1111 : Talk 11:43, 28 April 2017 (UTC)

Queens vs Pars

I'm just leaving Irvine to head to Dumfries for the game today. If you are going my mobile number is 07799788208 if you fancy a catch up. Rusty1111 : Talk 08:16, 6 May 2017 (UTC)

No worries at all. The only goal was a calamity from the Queens keeper Robinson. Slipping twice in succession and the ball rolling aimlessly into the net. I think the ball hit off Clark but will need to watch the video as I was at the other end of the stadium. Rusty1111 : Talk 22:38, 6 May 2017 (UTC)

There will always be next season. Rusty1111 : Talk 11:10, 7 May 2017 (UTC)

Queen of the South main page

In the information box I am trying to amend the league, season and position parts and they say Scottish football updater QueenOTS QueenOTS2 and QueenOTS3 and I would like them updated to show the correct Scottish Championship league and season and the position of 6th instead of 7th from the 2015-16 season.Rusty1111 : Talk 11:27, 7 May 2017 (UTC)

I have managed the current season part okay.Rusty1111 : Talk 11:29, 7 May 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for that. I was going to update manually then thought that it may well be an automated sort of update. Rusty1111 : Talk 16:07, 7 May 2017 (UTC)

They look great. Many thanks.Rusty1111 : Talk 14:57, 8 May 2017 (UTC)
