Well, first off, you put a whole lot of junk formatting on your unblock request, and it would never have been seen. I fixed it so it will be. That said, sockpuppet accounts are not unblocked. You would need to request unblock on your original account, User:Careprojects672. While that account remains blocked, you may not edit Wikipedia under any account or anonymously; the block applies to you as an individual, not to a particular account.
