Feedback on your article[edit]

@Erinelizabethjones: I see that you're trying to write a new article from scratch. The challenge there, as I believe altsalt has told you, is to establish notability. Fortunately, I think that Seattle channel is going to be presumably notable because of WP:NMEDIA that claims:

"Public access cable stations are not presumed notable unless they serve a major city or a large regional area. For example, a statewide public access channel, or a channel for all of New York City could be presumed notable."

You might get pushback on this article so it might be worth citing that policy and quoting that on the talk page of the published article.

In general, I would edit the piece carefully for WP:TONE to make sure that it doesn't sound like a WP:ADVERT and that it avoids persuasive writing. In general, I think this is off to a good start.

You should take a look at this list of suggestions for polishing your article which is a helpful set of ideas from altsalt. Many won't apply but some might. I've gone through and made a few edits to your articles to clean things up—mostly small stylistic things but there are definitely more. Look at the history to see what I've done before so you get a sense.

In any case, do a pass or two to address things I've mentioned and any of the things on the list on our website that apply and that you think will be helpful and/or improve the article. Then go ahead and make it live in Wikipedia! —mako 05:37, 14 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
