How the Irish Invented Slang: The Secret Language of the Crossroads: Can you show evidence of how this book, and in particular, it's reference to blaa has been discredited? All I could find was one blog.

The reason a source is cited is that it allows the reader to determine the validity of the source, if a source is not trust-wordy it's up to the reader of the article to determine.

If that was the case you could purposefully fill the site with suspected false sources. Please check any of the respectable sources on this https://grantbarrett.com/humdinger-of-a-bad-irish-scholar/ the source is so bad as to cause suspicion about anything in the book. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.55.12.1 (talk) 22:49, 9 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I added "Better Source Needed", and will continue to look for better information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 185.25.221.66 (talk) 15:09, 22 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
