Speedy deletion nomination of File:Girls Generation 2011 Tour Poster.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Girls Generation 2011 Tour Poster.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Mirotic sales

Hello, EnderAtreides117. I reverted your edit because there is no reliable source for MIROTIC's sales in 2009. It is therefore impossible to verify the album's total sales; it also does not apply to Wiki's guidelines in citing sources. The sales in the Mirotic page is also not properly sourced and needs to be fixed/removed. However, if you insist that Mirotic's post-2010 sales from Gaon should be included, I suggest to maybe add in a footnote on the Mirotic or TVXQ albums discography pages to reflect that the album shipped an additional 40,000 copies from 2010 to 2014 (sourced from Gaon). Asian 10,000 Challenge invite

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Removed some entries from Asian Challenge

Hi EnderAtreides117 You and I were the first editors to contribute South Korean articles to the Asian challenge. On the Talk Page they have clarified a little more of what they are looking for. I removed several stubs I had contributed by another editor and also removed TVXQ, as the additions you recently made did not seem to qualify as "an article cleanup/expansion/ref improvement," as stated on their page. If you feel that I made a mistake, please re-add it. I believe Participating editor Dr. Blofeld is currently trying to weed out the entries that do not fit the criteria. Strongly encourage participation and articles, great to have you on board, but yes, I would prefer it if all entries were sourced and quality improvements/creations. Stubs and new articles are permitted!! but try to relay a few basic facts which are sourced. The Challenges are intended to be a move towards improving general quality standards. All sourced content is very welcome! If Ender can try to start sourcing them it's perfectly fine for him to add new stubs to the list Bonnielou2013! Korea has a lot of missing content like anywhere, it's all good, but it needs to be sourced material and no Wikipedia:Original research. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
