Welcome to Wikipedia. A page you recently created may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it will be removed shortly (if it hasn't been already). Please use the sandbox for any tests, and consider using the Article Wizard. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Your first article. Hello Einstein85. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Everplex Media, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about following the reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:

  • Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
  • Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
  • Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
  • Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.

Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. VQuakr (talk) 08:56, 27 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I believe that I have accurately provided a neutral point of view for the following pages, and according to conflict of interest I am not in conflict of interest with any of the subjects. Also, I am not Charles Anglison nor am I Scott Calvin, the owners of Everplex Media.

  • Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating I will certainly do this.
  • Be cautious about deletion discussions. I do not intend to be nominating anyone for deletion.
  • Avoid linking I will not be linking to Wikipedia from anywhere, I don't know why I would want to do that.
  • Exercise great caution I will certainly be careful not to breach any policies. I only want to put factual and relevant information for the internet world and wikipedia to benefit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Einstein85 (talkcontribs)
Whether or not you are either of the two people you list above, your editing history and claims to have permission for use of copyrighted content clearly show you have a connection to Everplex Media. Please stop performing edits that could be interpreted as promotional. VQuakr (talk) 18:48, 27 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your addition to Jordan Law Offices PLLC has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. VQuakr (talk) 09:17, 27 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I personally have explicit permission to use any and all information for Jordan Law Offices PLLC and can get proof if needed. I have re-added the information, and it should be noted that if you demand proof that I can get it to you. However, if you desire proof of these permissions, then please ask so that I can know you want this proof.

If you have evidence that the content on that web page has been released under a free use license, you can submit your proof at the contact information here. Please do not restore the copyright violation again until the OTRS volunteer has verified the licensing and posted a ticket number on the talk page. VQuakr (talk) 18:48, 27 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Everplex-media-logo.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Everplex-media-logo.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn (talk) 13:31, 27 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself, as you did with Jordan Law Offices PLLC. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. VQuakr (talk) 18:43, 27 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. Continuing to remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Everplex Media, without resolving the problem that the template refers to may be considered disruptive editing. Further edits of this type may result in your account being blocked from editing Wikipedia. VQuakr (talk) 18:50, 27 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
