If you think the organisation will pass WP:GNG with proof in reliable independent sources WP:RS, then you are welcome to try again - but not with this account name. If you do take another name (and please remember that accounts are for individuals only and must not be shared), leave a message on my talk page and I'll tell you where to work on it. (I don't recommend going straight into article space as you did - there are safer ways of doing things.) The text you used would be no good as it fails our policies on promotion.
