Adam Grobman[edit]

A tag has been placed on Adam Grobman, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Matt Eason 21:30, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please note[edit]

I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Harrisburg Turkey bowl, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at Talk:Harrisburg Turkey bowl. Removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, but the article may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. Article's old talk page[edit]

I've preserved it at User talk:Eaglemaneagles/Talk Adam Grobman so you can read Matt's response and continue this dialogue at your leisure.--Kchase T 23:13, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Signatures[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! SUBWAYguy 23:52, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Recent edits to Drew Rosenhaus and Terrell Owens[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Some of your recent edits have been considered unhelpful or unconstructive and have been reverted or removed as they could be considered to be vandalism. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.RB972 15:12, 27 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please see WP:NPOV and WP:V. Your additions did not observe them, that's why I reverted it. RB972 15:21, 27 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Well, they need to observe those two. Wikipedia is bigger than football and adding stuff like that discredits the the entire project. It turns people off. Why don't you add your beliefs to your userpage if you want people to know? RB972 15:29, 27 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I guess nobody noticed about dmac for a week. It doesn't justify you ignoring the wikipedia policies. WP:NPOV is there for a reason. If you don't follow it, people like me will revert your edits. If you ignore the warnings, you'll get banned. It's your choice. RB972 15:41, 27 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add unhelpful and non-constructive information to Wikipedia. Your edits could be considered vandalism, and they have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. IrishGuy talk 21:49, 15 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Philadelphia Eagles[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Some of your recent edits, such as those you made to Philadelphia Eagles, have been considered unhelpful or unconstructive and have been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Welcome, and thank you for adding your humour to Wikipedia. However, the articles are meant to be serious, so please don't make joke edits, as you did to Reggie Bush. Some readers looking for a serious article might not find them amusing. If you'd like to experiment with editing, try the sandbox, where you can write whatever you want (as long as it's not offensive). Speedy deletion of Shmuel Pewzner[edit]

A tag has been placed on Shmuel Pewzner requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Steamroller Assault (talk) 21:50, 8 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
