Ducky Ducky[edit]

Don't make a Wikipedia article on them if its for your friend. Make a fanpage at geocities or something, as the band is not going to be included on Wikipedia if they are just on MySpace or in your neighborhood. Hi there DrPopTart, I read your message on the Ducky Ducky page before it was deleted. Unfortunately, using Wikipedia as self-promotion or promotion of others is against its policy "Wikipedia is not a soapbox". Basically Wikipedia's meant to inform about notable things, but not as a vehicle to notability itself.
