Hi,

I'll have to delete the page you created, .sla, because its subject is not notable and its content is not verifiable.

The only source for the information is the website http://www.dotsla.org/ , which doesn't make clear the status of the proposal in relation to ICANN and the identity of the organization behind it. You need to clarify at least these two points if you want this subject to be qualified for an article in Wikipedia.
