December 2013[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Kesha may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
 • | associated_acts = 3OH!3, Taio Cruz, Flo Rida, Pitbull), The Flaming Lips
 • 14, 2011}}</ref><ref>{{cite web|url=http://act.mtv.com/posts/kesha-mcdonalds-peta-letter/ |title=[EXCLUSIVE] Ke$ha & McDonald’s Clash Over Animal Welfare |publisher=Act.mtv.com |date=October 14,

Kesha discography[edit]

I reverted your edits on Kesha discography for many reasons. I reverted the edit on sales because single sales are not needed! The certification of the single is more updated and relevant than the actual number! Please do not add the single sales into this page again, thank you! As for the other edits, a compilation album is defined as an album that has many sources (singles remixed) all collected into one album. Thank you for understanding! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kworbi (talkcontribs) 04:25, 26 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You seem like a reasonable enough person, so here goes ...
1) Certifications have nothing to do with sales when based on shipments, for example, Your Love Is My Drug has been certified 2x Platinum in 2010 and has sold over 3 million copies ... Also, Ke$ha hasn't had any singles certified by the RIAA since 2010 so U.S. Sales more than make up for that for her singles from Cannibal (EP). All sales are referenced perfectly on the articles of the respective singles, so my edits weren't INACCURATE or INVALID like you rather unfairly said.
2) It's not just ME doing this ... See Jennifer Lopez discography or Mariah Carey singles discography and they also have sales on the singles table. To better the articles, I don't see why just ALBUMS should get a sales column ...
3) Remix albums are called exactly that and not compilation albums because, while they may be remixed singles compiled on them, remix albums are a separate category as they are pretty much, all remixes while compilation albums are nearly exclusively for singles collected from the past and re-released as a new albums, like for "Greatest Hits" albums, for example - see the infobox on Britney Spears discography ... Now that my excessively long monolog, hopefully now, we can co-operate and do what's best for the article ...

Whatever happens to the rest of your edits, do not list Bubbling Under positions as "100+position" and remove footnotes, as you did all over the article. The Bubbling Under charts are a separate chart, not an extension, and the positions do not correspond to positions on an extended Billboard 100.—Kww(talk) 19:56, 4 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Most of your singles sales were accurate, but we don't have enough sources for every single to have a sales number next to it, whereas in the albums section every major release has a number next to it. Also just because one discography page has a specific way of listing information, doesn't mean another has to follow the exact format. But if you want to use other discography pages as a reference, then all of Lady Gaga's remix albums are listed under her compilation albums section. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kworbi (talkcontribs) 17:05, 5 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
