Hi. Please be aware that images being used under a claim of fair use, such as File:Hockney, We Two Boys Together Clinging.jpg are not permitted in user space. If you are looking for an image with which to decorate your user page, it needs to be in the public domain or released under one of the acceptable free content licenses (GFDL, CC-BY-SA-3.0, etc).
