Could you provide a source, such as a census, proving that the village is recognized? Per WP:GEOLAND "Populated, legally recognized places are typically presumed to be notable". About Matras
According to Census 2011 information the location code or village code of Matras village is 220835. Matras village is located in Madhepur subdivision of Madhubani district in Bihar, India. It is situated 9km away from sub-district headquarter Madhepur (tehsildar office) and 55km away from district headquarter Madhubani. As per 2009 stats, Matras village is also a gram panchayat.
The total geographical area of village is 399 hectares. Matras has a total population of 5,510 peoples, out of which male population is 2,871 while female population is 2,639. Literacy rate of matras village is 44.17% out of which 57.40% males and 29.78% females are literate. There are about 1,164 houses in matras village.
Jhanjharpur is nearest town to matras for all major economic activities, which is approximately 30km away..

Yes, it will. The time varies. Per Wikipedia:Controlling search engine indexing, Articles older than 90 days are automatically indexed.
