Shawn Michaels[edit]

This user HamishMacBeth is not helping me. He has been hounding on me for a while reverting every edit I do on the Shawn Michaels page. And I am way more experienced on Wikipedia than him. Triple H[edit]

First of all, Triple H is called "The Game" Triple H. Lillian says "The Game" Triple H when he comes to the ring, and Jim Ross and The King hardly call him Triple H, but The Game. Also, if the McMahons are together, they are called "The McMahons". They are a tag team, and thats the reason they are referred to as a "The McMahons. It doensn't matter if it sounds awful or silly to you. It's not about opinions. It's about facts. This is what he is announced as when he comes to the ring. Rob Van Dam isn't claled Mr. Monday Night when he comes to the ring so you cannot use him as an example to support your view. On the other hand Triple H is called "The Game" whe he comes to the ring. Shawn Michaels is called "The Heartbreak Kid" when he comes to the ring, so why aren't you complaining about that too. Are you just trying to start an edit war? License tagging for Image:MatthewBellamy.jpg[edit]

Jockey stats[edit]

The Racing Post website carries stats for jockeys in Great Britain and Ireland for both National Hunt and Flat racing. However, these stats only go back to 2000 - details from before then can be more difficult to find on the internet. The annual Raceform book "Horses in Training" usually lists the top fifty or so jockeys from the previous season, so it might be worth looking out for old copies (I have 1992 - 1997 covered, if it helps) -- Zafonic 20:02, 1 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe, you should look at model articles, before you go about changing everything to the way you want it. Your the only user who comes about and changes the way the article is written, except vandalizers. Why do you think those articles you have been changing have been like that for so long? Whose Line Is It Anyway?[edit]

Let me see if I can explain this. It can easily be argued that The Office (USA) originated from the UK; there is little denying the fact that the show is based on the UK original. Now, they decided to make two separate articles and that is good. We decided to keep Whose Line a single article, since we thought there was no need to split the two. Now, the reason we keep both US and UK in the Whose Line heading is because the shows are in a similar situation to The Office. The US show is arguably a good deal different from the UK version. The US show has a different origin, different broadcast company, and different production company. About the only thing the shows had in common were a few of the shared performs (limited really to the US ones) and a few shared games. If you would like to discuss this further we can, but I would recommend bringing up to a discussion in the WLiiA talk page. -Thebdj 06:04, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Paul Wight[edit]

I noticed that in your last edit summary that you said the moonsault sounds so unlikely that it needed a citation. If you don't know already, the moonsault thing came from a rumor about his days in WCW's Power Plant. There is very little info about his days there (meaning no sources), but there is a rumor that while he was there he became so athletic that he was able to perform a moonsault. It was later altered to a huracanrana-type move. Of course, this was not one of his signature moves even if he was capable of pulling it off. Of course, the lack of sources prevents any of this from getting into the article. I just thought that I would fill you in on an interesting piece of trivia in case you hadn't heard it before. Tony McCoy[edit]

Excuse me, but did you read the edit summary for McCoy's page before you changed what you should not have changed?? For sorting purposes, Wikipedia requires that surnames that start with Mc, such as McCoy, for instance, be sorted in categories as Mac (Maccoy); names that start with O'Neill, for instance, are sorted as Oneill -- this was clearly explained on the discussion page which you ignored, citing the note from the Wikipedia staffer regarding sorting on Martin McGuinness' edit page. Disagree politely or not at all[edit]

While I understand your frustration with aspects of Burntsauce's approach to editing, it does not excuse you from the requirement to remain civil and to avoid making personal attacks. Calling him a Nazi – or even describing him or his views as 'Nazi-ish' falls well to the wrong side of that line; continuing on that tack will lead to a block.
