JK latch[edit]
Hey, welcome to wikipedia. About the JK latch image - I'm not entirely sure the order of J and K matter so much. It has the same order as the circuit symbol on Flip-flop_(electronics)#JK_flip-flop. Also, the document for the first JK latch I found has the same order: http://www.ti.com/general/docs/lit/getliterature.tsp?literatureNumber=schs139d&fileType=pdf . What makes you say the order matters?
Anyway, if you have some supporting source that says the order matters, feel free to edit the image and update it.
