Who are you?[edit]

I understand based on the username that this may be a "clean start" account. Your immediate participation in AfDs and other content management areas makes it clear that you are quite familiar with Wikipedia processes. So, do you attest that you are able to fully participate in such areas, without being covered by any relevant block or ban? Further, is your old username(s) (assuming there is one or more) associated with conduct at AfD or similar processes that would call into questions your edits or their motivation?
