If you were trying to upload a photograph to use on Wikipedia, you should use the "Upload file" button on the left side of your screen. If you want to upload an image to use on another website, then Flickr may be a better site to use - you would have greater control over the image on that site. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. Darbaki: In addition to the gif that's the subject of the section above, I notice you've uploaded two files today, File:Igor Vovchanchyn PRIDE.png and File:Wanderlei Silva 2006.png, where you state they are your own work but also that you made them by cropping a file you found on the internet. That means they are not your own work; they are copyrighted by whoever took the photo (or the agency for whom they were working). Wikipedia can only use photos of living people that were actually created by the uploader. You must stop claiming others' images as your own just because you cropped them, or uploaded them.
