Unfortunately, there is no magical way we can tell whether it is you, or your neighbor, or someone spoofing your IP when the IP is blocked. We try not to require IP blocks, but sometimes it does happen, and you'll just have to deal with it. Origamiteⓣⓒ 08:59, 26 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
