Hello[edit]

Hello Boris, I can see you've made yourself at home? Would you like a Granata? -- Ļıßζېấשּׂ~ۘ Ώƒ ﻚĢęخ (talk) 22:32, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Well you see Boris, Granata is very easy to make:
  • 1 part Campari
  • 1 part Cointreau
  • 4 parts Gin (old Tom)
  • Cherry
On the house, keep up the good work. -- Ļıßζېấשּׂ~ۘ Ώƒ ﻚĢęخ (talk) 23:15, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I can't believe she did it again![edit]

I explained to that user why Kenny McCormick's article was reduced, and even left her a link to South Park Wiki, where it has been transferred to on account of an agreement User:Paul730 and I had, and she still vandalizes the page, demanding that the info be restored here! I also tell her to leave such complaints in the discussion page. She's got to be a hormone-infested teenager, pardon my French there.

Anyway, thank you for reverting her vandalism. I don't know where to report such things, but you might consider reporting her; she's edited the article abusively four times so far. Thanks again! Wilhelmina Will (talk) 03:31, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rick Shapiro[edit]

The edit I made to Rick Shapiro's entry is a well-documented fact that Rick has discussed publically many times. It was not put there to be funny or obscene. His story of going from a drug addicted hustler to a successful comic is quite extraordinary.

You really should provide a reference to that fact. Please see the biographies on living persons policy. Crazy Boris with a red beard (talk) 21:23, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It was referenced in one of the links already on the page, but I put in a proper citation now, as well. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.85.188.212 (talk) 10:44, 16 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

User warning to IP71.187.39.237[edit]

Hi Boris,

Just thought I'd drop by to say I agree with your reverting this anon. IP's edit to the John Wilkes Booth Lead. No question it was poorly worded and out of place. I was about to revert his edit myself when you beat me to it. The JWB article seems to attract a high level of vandalism and periodically we have to Semi-Protect it. But it seems to me that IP71.187.39.237 may have made a "good faith", if poorly done, edit. Assuming good faith (see assume good faith), a Level 4 Warning is a tad harsh, if it was a first time contributor (multiple users could be using that IP address, after all). My two cents ... JGHowes talk - 22:03, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You're absolutely right, I went back and looked at IP71.187.39.237's other 3 recent edits and clearly it's a blatant vandal. The JWB edit, by itself, wasn't so obvious. Didn't mean to patronize at all, your Talk page header indicates you've only been on Wikipedia for a week, so I just assumed you were unfamiliar with this JGHowes talk - 05:21, 16 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Open ISO, was just a quickie test[edit]

Hi, yes, thanks (sincere) for deleting the "Open ISO", you were right to delete it, I would have done the same a few minutes after, I was just in the middle of an explanation, and what you did proved the efficency of the WIKIPEDIA maintenance, I love that! Well done mate, see you! cesar

'Requesting semi-protection of Earth's atmosphere'[edit]

I'm sorry, but I found that incredibly funny. HalfShadow (talk) 21:36, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Blame my Twinkle-script. And I agree, it is quite funny. We need at least semi-protection of it these days, don't we? Crazy Boris with a red beard (talk) 21:38, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I placed a ban on CFC's for the next 5 months... DMacks (talk) 21:45, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Better not go to full protection: we'd all asphixiate. HalfShadow (talk) 21:59, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Happy Valentine's Day![edit]

Thank you very much! :D Crazy Boris with a RED beard 11:26, 19 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
My apologies, I thought we were under attack and that you were part of it. Panic! Cheers. --Rodhullandemu (Talk) 11:27, 19 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

re your message at my talkpage[edit]

I have blocked the editor, possibly while you were writing the note. ;~) When I see personal attacks, etc. I remove the vandalism first and attend to the editor later - clean up the vandalism then the vandal. Thanks for reporting/commenting. LessHeard vanU (talk) 14:02, 20 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

User page[edit]

Is it alright if you change your userpage colors? They aren't very colorblind friendly, green and red. bibliomaniac15 Do I have your trust? 04:58, 22 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe regular black letters? You don't need to change if you don't want to, just bringing the problem to your attention. bibliomaniac15 Do I have your trust? 21:28, 22 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rollback[edit]

I have Boris with a red beard granted rollback rights to your account; the reason for this is that after a review of some of your contributions, I believe I can trust you to use rollback correctly by using it for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it by reverting good-faith edits or to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback and Wikipedia:Rollback feature. If you do not want rollback, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Good luck and thanks. Thanks[edit]

...for this!Cheers. Prashanthns (talk) 20:13, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dariya[edit]

Hi. Could you please have a look at the history (to see the date of the creation of the articles) and the content of both articles? Thanks. -- 81.192.168.233 (talk) 02:15, 23 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

My user talk page[edit]

Hi again. Could you please explain to me the meaning of the tag you have just posted on my talk page? Thanks.-- 81.192.168.233 (talk) 02:17, 23 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. I appreciate your corrective actions. -- 81.192.168.233 (talk) 02:19, 23 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Revert on nitrazepam[edit]

Please will you not revert my edits without discussion because they "seem unconstructive". I am proofreading the section against the references and correcting errors. Please read the references. See discussion and summaries. 70.137.149.100 (talk) 02:37, 23 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Huggle[edit]

Man, that thing is addicting. Great vandalism work today. RedThunder 23:49, 24 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Mummy Edit[edit]

Hi, not sure if this is the best way to respond - but I have no idea what you're talking about. The article was wrong, so I removed the wrong facts. Did you bother to look at the discussion? I've changed the article back. If you'd like to revert to changes, maybe bother reading the discussion first? =/122.106.209.26 (talk) 05:24, 25 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm no vandal![edit]

Thanks for the message regarding vandalism. However I think there must be a glitch in the system and my IP address has come up mistakenly. I have never even looked at the Indigenous people article, let alone vandalize it. I did make an edit yesterday - adding an infobox to an article and also deleting a sentence at the end of Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Bryntawe which was obviously done by students who added their names to the article. I notice also that these edits are not in "My Contributions". I did NOT however edit the article that you are referring to. As an administrator on the Welsh Wikipedia, I am well aware of the nuisance vandalism can be and I've certainly got better things to do with my time than alter articles for no reason other than vandalism. Rhodri77 (talk) 15:56, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. This is a PC and nobody else has access to it, so I think that there must be a glitch in the system somewhere. Rhodri77 (talk) 15:57, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
PPS. - Just edited an article on the Welsh Wiki without signing in, in order to see my IP address and having compared it with all the recent edits on the Indigenous Peoples article, my IP address isn't there at all? Why send me a message re: vandalism when my IP address hasn't been used to edit that article at all? I'm confused!Rhodri77 (talk) 16:06, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
