Hey EdJohnson, I've actually not long changed my signature to reflect my username, I did feel that it was strange to be using that name while not using it as my username, so I have changed it instead of going for a rename consideration. • Fixed. Do accept my apologies for this issue, I have enabled two new checks to make sure that the data is correct before submitting it, I believe an edit conflict may have occurred previous. The bot will not perform an edit in the following cases:

• The backlog template does not need updated
• or the string at the beginning of the receipt of data does not match the second validation of the data (page is pulled twice for data to prevent edit conflicts).

Assuming, you are using the API, would you not have basetimestamp to prevent edit conflicts? See mw:API:Edit#Editing_pages. —  HELLKNOWZ  ▎TALK 06:45, 11 June 2011 (UTC)

Hmm, it would probably be a more efficiant way to do it, I was tired at the time I implimented the previous fix so it was mainly for a limited time until I was sane enough to think of a better way. I'll impliment this shortly. + Crashdoom ^{Talk // NekoBot OP} 08:29, 11 June 2011 (UTC)

There has been a mistake!

Hi {{Efik Language Talk page}},

Please Re-read the discussions on Efik Language talk page I finally realized how to make the spacing show. I also deleted the Caps because it's now clearer to read. If you still continue to support Kwami, then you are helping to Portray Wikipedia as Encyclopedia of Lies! Efik language has been made in error for the following reason(s):

• Efik Language is not the Same language as Ibibio language and the 2 languages are spoken in different states of Nigeria.
• There is no language that is called Ibibio-Efik as there is no language that is mixed with the two. Just like there is no language called Spanish-French.
• There is also another similar language known as Annang, which is similar to Efik and Ibibio just like Italian language is similar to French and Spanish.
• There are also others like Oron, Eket etc. Which although spoken in the same area are not similar to Efik, Ibibio and Annang, but Kwami is linking all these languages to a Single page.
• Kwami is not from Nigeria and does not know anyting about these languages. But I am a native Ibibio, I have also lived in the States and areas where Efik and Annang languages are spoken, that is how I learned to speak Efik, so I understand the differences.
• If you allow this editor Kwami's mistakes to remain as it is; Then you are helping to Portray Wikipedia as an Encyclopedia of Lies!
