Hi Cosmiques and welcome to Wikipedia. If no other article on WP has that title, you can create the documentary film as that title (for example, Cosmiques). If there was an existing article (say a book), then the title would become Cosmiques (film). If there was already a film article, then your new article would include the year in the title (maybe Cosmiques (2009 film)). This explains more. Lugnuts (talk) 13:54, 4 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
