Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Please do explain to me how adding a link to a variation of a cottage pie recipe (that did not exist on that page), on the cottage pie page, is spamming? The recipe link you removed was to a non-commercial site and only added for the benefit of others. Or maybe you are an unthinking robot, in which case, I don't suppose I get the courtesy of a reply.
