Hello CitationTool, an automated process has found an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, such as fair use. I ask you to please not re-add the image to your userpage and could consider finding a replacement image licensed under either the Creative Commons or GFDL license or released to the public domain. Please note that it is possible that the image on your page is included vie a template or usebox. In that case, please find a free image for the template or userbox. Thanks for your attention and cooperation. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 11:00, 19 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

How do I make it go?[edit]

Seems like an amazing tool – but I can't quite follow how to use it. The link just redirects to a blank page. Any hints? Thanks!! Martin (Smith609 – Talk) 19:31, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hmmm... some kind of link rot on my website. I'll figure out what's going wrong soon, and mention such here. LotLE×talk 22:53, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Any news?   Will Beback  talk  08:49, 20 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think something changed in the Python WikipediaBot framework to break it. If anyone wants to look at the source, and fix it up themselves, it is at: http://www.gnosis.cx/download/pywikipedia/. I release all code I created as CC0 (http://wiki.creativecommons.org/CC0). LotLE×talk 20:38, 20 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

We really need this thing to be functional. We've got link rot on lots of older pages needing conversion of bare references. Viriditas (talk) 00:00, 4 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Any updates on this? This would be an extremely useful tool. -- Adjwilley (talk) 06:49, 14 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
