Note: Please do not continue to claim that these files are available under a {{cc-by-3.0}} free license. They are copyrighted and there is no evidence of such a release. I've uploaded the files under a claim of fair use and gone ahead and provided the required fair use rationale myself. In the future, you'll need to identify the appropriate license (fair use) and supply a fair use rationale or your requests may be declined. • Hello, and thank you for your request at Files for Upload! The file has been uploaded. You can find it at File:Tamar Braxton If I Don't Have You.png. See Wikipedia:Images#Using images to learn image syntax, or Wikipedia:Creation and usage of media files for other types of files. Regards, - Close enough this time, but be advised for the future that "Low resolution = No" is the wrong answer to that question. Per WP:NFC, copyrighted fair use images on Wikipedia are supposed to be low enough resolution so that the image can't be reused for commercial purposes. Generally an image has to be below 100,000 pixels, so for a square image like this the maximum size is 316x316. I manually reduce the resolution of these images before I upload them so that they comply with that policy. Cheers, Nick—Contact/Contribs 04:14, 13 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
