Is there a list of tasks with simple instructions that are known to be needed to be done that exists, and that are constructive things to do? Gonne level with you and admit that irl tbh wikipedia is confusing with the tildes and the lingo/concepts etc of the REAL high functioning individuals, creatures etc. It feels complex...
