Template:2015-16 Iowa State Cyclones men's basketball navbox[edit]

William, just an FYI that these navboxes are not supposed to exist per WP:CBBALL consensus. The only time a team's season navbox should exist is if they were the NCAA Division I national champions. I am going to nominate this for deletion and let you know when I do so out of courtesy. Jrcla2 (talk) 12:57, 15 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Here is the nomination. Jrcla2 (talk) 13:03, 15 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Sense8 (season 1), and it appears to include material copied directly from http://ytchannelembed.com/videos/watch/uOlu2ZWV9QM.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Disambiguation link notification for October 11[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Dan Trachtenberg, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Black Mirror. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Iowa State colors[edit]

Hello William! RE:Iowa State articles and the colors, please do not change the colors from {{CollegePrimaryStyle|Iowa State Cyclones|border=0|color=white}} or {{CollegeSecondaryStyle|Iowa State Cyclones|border=0}} to hexadecimals themselves. By using the CollegePrimaryStyle and CollegeSecondaryStyle, the colors are automatically set through a module that includes a reference like this one from the Athletics Dept. themselves. They are also automatically incorporated into the Infoboxes so there is no need to add them. The reason they are automatically set is simple: to be as accurate as possible and not have some color that doesn't represent the university teams themselves. I ask you not to re-add them but instead use the CollegePrimaryStyle or CollegeSecondaryStyle codes. Thanks, Corkythehornetfan (ping me) 18:17, 21 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

William, please keep in mind about MOS:HEADINGS. In the section headings, only the first word should be capitalized unless a word is a Proper noun (i.e. names). Also, please don't forget about the talk pages. They need tagged with the appropriate WikiProject tags (i.e. {{WikiProject Sports}}, {{WikiProject Iowa}}, {{WikiProject College football}}, etc.). It just depends on the sport that you work on. Thanks, Corkythehornetfan (ping me) 21:03, 27 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited History of Iowa State Cyclones football, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page David Montgomery (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Chris Conrad (actor) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at Articles for deletion. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. --Nahal(T) 08:13, 30 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, 2019–20 Big 12 Conference men's basketball season, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
