Hi. That was more likely my mistake: accidental blankings are easily mistaken for vandalism. Allow me to remove the warning. Cheers! --Rrburke(talk) 20:00, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

In appreciation for translating Stefano Cusumano, an article I stumbled on that desperately needed your services. I'd heard this was an interesting and noteworthy subject, and now I understand why. Best, Risker (talk) 23:43, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Translation Help?[edit]

Hi, I came across your page through the language boxes. Would you be able to take a look at the article I just submitted? There were a few translation issues that I wasn't too sure about. Thanks, CA387Talk 22:20, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please see reply on the article's talk page.

It does not need to be proofread. I submitted a request, and when several months passed without a taker, I realized that it was probably never going to happen, so I cobbled together what I could understand from the German and Italian pages and Babelfish and started the article myself. I then marked the translation page as "completed". Chubbles (talk) 20:52, 29 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I'll remove it from the various lists. Francesco Campelli (talk) 20:54, 29 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Castellaneta[edit]

Ciao! No, I think the article is OK. Maybe you can give a check by yourself to proofread my English, which is sometimes bizarre... Good work frmo --'''Attilios''' (talk) 22:31, 30 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Grazie, mi occupo di (eventuali) revisioni nelle prossime ore. Francesco 22:37, 30 January 2009 (UTC)
Zao! I checked (what I think is) your translation of Acqua Alta. Don't know if you were the one writing them, anyway writing units of measures followed by a full stop (25 cm., 750 m., ... etc) is a grevious error! Apart that detail (scusami ma sono ingegnere) compliments for the good work. ;-) Buon divertimento e grazie. --'''Attilios''' (talk) 23:02, 30 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I need some help translating this into English[edit]

I saw that you are a translator on the French Translation page... I need some help translating the following letter into English. It was written by General Pulaski, while traveling to find food for the starving soldiers at Valley Forge. I know it's an inconvenience to ask you to do this, but I would very much appreciate it. If you don't have time though, I understand. Thanks.

Translation no longer necessary... sorry for any inconvenience[edit]

I'm just writing to tell you that I no longer need the translation. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. As a precaution, I asked several people listed on the French translation page to help me with the letter. Today I checked, and several people have sent me the translations or are in the process of translating them. I've been trying for several weeks to find a translator (first on myspace, which was hardly any help at all, then on wikipedia, which I must say has been more helpful). I hope in the future you would still be willing to help with translations. There are several letters from Lafayette that I cannot understand. But it may be some time before I need them.

Thanks again.

ps I was watching C-SPAN today, and was quite surprised to learn that after all these years, Pulaski may be made an honorary citizen.

Translation cleanup request[edit]

Hi there - I found your name in the list of . I've been working on the backlog of articles that need copy editing, and today encountered Gennaro Annese. It looks like the makings of a very interesting article, but it's more or less incomprehensible. I think it's been machine translated, and I'm not sure enough of the original sense to attempt a copy edit. I wondered if you could take a look at this one at some point. Many thanks, Gonzonoir (talk) 13:55, 12 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Italian Wikipedia[edit]

Hi Campelli, I saw you at Category:Translators it-en and your page says you are interested in music so I wanted to ask for help in improving the Italian Wikipedia article about Ram Narayan. Perhaps you could translate the introduction from the English page? Thank you very much! Regards Hekerui (talk) 20:36, 18 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Correct titles for three images you posted of Visconti-Sforza cards[edit]

At this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visconti-Sforza_tarot_deck The cards are, left to right: Emperor, Empress, Knight of Cups. Various facsimile decks (published by Il Meneghello and US Games, for example) show this, as does Berti's book on the cards: Giordano Berti, Visconti Tarot, with T. Gonard (1998, in Italian, English, German and Dutch). Thank you. 24.6.213.39 (talk) 07:19, 16 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Bach cantatas[edit]

You contributed a lot to Bach cantatas. Did you notice that they were renamed in March, adding the BWV#. Most of the old titles still work as a redirect, but not Wie schön leuchtet der Morgenstern. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:47, 28 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings Campelli. In Wer weiß, wie nahe mir mein Ende? BWV 27 you supplied the information that it is for a 4-part SATB choir. My information is that it is for a 5-part SSATB choir. If you object to the correction let me know. Signed: Basemetal (write to me here) 06:39, 29 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Translation of 95 year old philosophy.[edit]

Greetings,

I am trying to get a team together who would finally translate "Sistema di logica come teoria del conoscere" into English. I thought Wikipedia's list of Italian-to-English translators might be a good group to 'hit up' on this subject. If personal assistance cannot be provided, perhaps suggestions or helping point me in the right direction of who might be willing to help? Best regards & thank you. Disambiguation link notification for February 4[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 1927–30 Central European International Cup, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Round-robin. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

   Diocesan museum of Brescia, Italy
The cathedral museum of Prato, Italy
   Diocesan museum of Padua, Italy
Treasure Museum of the basilica of Saint Francis in Assisi

Thanks for whatever you can do!
